Egg and Arugula Wraps
- 3 egg whites
- ½ cup of chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp of ginger paste
- ½ tbsp of garlic powder
- ¼ cup of arugula leaves
- 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro leaves
- ½ tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tbsp of sage
- ¼ tbsp of olive oil
- S alt to taste
In a bowl, add egg whites, chopped parsley, dried mint and salt.
Beat the mixture using an electric beater.
Add olive oil to a pan and this egg mixture.
Make a thin omelet.
In another pan, add chicken pieces, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground black pepper and salt.
Saute the mixture for 5 min.
After that add arugula leaves and mix with the chicken mixture.
Arrange a small portion of chicken and arugula mixture on one side of omelet and roll it
