- 2 cups baby kale.
- ½ cup almond or coconut yogurt- organic
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk- Unsweetened
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger (grated or chopped)
- garnish with shredded coconut
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve chilled with a garnish of shredded coconut!
