Golden Pine-Turmeric

Loaded with vitamin C! It’s great for keeping your immune system well.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or frozen
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 cup plant-based milk such as hemp, or almond
    • pinch of cinnamon powder
    • ½ tbsp of fresh ginger
