Veggies and tuna salad
- 100g of tuna pieces
- ¼ cup of long beans, steamed
- 3 yellow and red cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- ½ cup of red pepper, cut into stripes
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt to taste
In a bowl, add tuna pieces, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
Mix them thoroughly and arrange in a baking tray.
Bake at 150C for 12 min.
Serve with steamed long beans, egg, tomatoes, red pepper and salt.
