Toasted Veggies with Chicken
- 1 cup of broccoli florets, steamed
- ½ cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of chicken breast, cut into small pieces and steamed
- 1 tbsp of ginger paste
- ¼ tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of sage
- ¼ tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
In a hot pan, add olive oil and all the ingredients, except cherry tomatoes
Toss the mixture for 5 min.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Add halved cherry tomatoes to the mixture.
Mix them thoroughly and serve.
