Spicy Chicken Roast
- 200g of chicken pieces
- ½ tbsp of paprika powder
- ¼ tbsp of cinnamon powder
- ¼ tbsp of ginger paste
- ½ tbsp of garlic powder
- ¼ tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Allow the mixture to rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, transfer the content to a baking tray.
Pre-heat the oven at 180C for 10 min.
Roast the chicken pieces at 180C for 40 min.
