Beef and Veggie Casserole
- 200g of beef minced meat
- 1 cup of carrot, cubes (small cubes)
- ¼ cup of red bell pepper, cubes (small cubes)
- ¼ cup of chopped kale
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp of sage
- ½ tbsp of turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and give a thorough mix.
Transfer the content to a casserole baking tray.
Pre-heat the oven at 180C for 10 min.
Bake the casserole at 180C for 35-40 min.
